Why does a website need a care plan?
Websites decay: software needs updates, security threats evolve, prices and packages change, and broken forms silently lose enquiries. A care plan keeps your site secure, current and converting. WordPress sites in particular need regular core and plugin updates.
What does the care plan include?
Monthly software updates, daily/weekly backups, uptime and security monitoring, and a monthly quota of content changes (new packages, price updates, photo swaps, seasonal banners). Bigger changes are quoted separately — before we do them, never after.
Is the care plan compulsory?
No. Studio websites include platform maintenance in the annual plan; the care plan adds done-for-you content changes. For WordPress sites we strongly recommend it, but you can maintain the site yourself or with anyone you choose — you own it.
What's not included?
Redesigns, new feature development, paid plugin licences, and ad management are quoted separately. We list exclusions upfront because 'unlimited support' promises are exactly the kind of false promise we don't make.
